    You can make basically anything in these mini tart shells - whatever you would make in a quiche or fill with pizza sauce and cheese.... I have some dessert recipes as well!

    List of Ingredients




    Basic Tart \ Quiche Dough
    1\2 cup butter softened
    1 cup flour
    1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese softened


    For a dessert shell add:
    1\4 C sugar

    Makes 24 shells

    Recipe



    In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese - add flour; beat until well blended. Shape into 24 balls; cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

    Press balls onto bottom and up sides of greased mini muffin pan\tart pan
