    My mom made this a lot when I was a kid - and now I make it

    This cake is so rich - so easy to make and everyone will want the recipe. (Pssst. it's just so easy to make)

    List of Ingredients




    1 White Cake Mix
    1 can Coco Lopez (Pinacolada mix \coconut milk? )
    1 container Cool Whip Cream
    1 bag coconut

    Recipe



    Make cake according to box. While hot (just out of the oven) poke holes with end of wooden spoon all over the cake - Pour the coconut milk (Be sure to shake the can first) all over cake and let soak in. Once cooled, spread Cool Whip Cream and top with coconut.

    Such a cool treat on a hot summer day.
