    Whenever we have a bake sale at work, this is a favorite of my co-workers

    List of Ingredients




    1 box yellow cake mix(I prefer Betty Crocker)
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg,beaten
    8 oz, cream cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 lb powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix first three ingredients together. Pat firmly into bottom of a greased 13X9 cake pan. Mix next three ingredients together & pour on top of cake mix mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
