List of Ingredients
2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 pkg. dry brown gravy mix
1 small onion chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can full of waterRecipe
Mix all ingredients together except soup & water. Roll into 1 inch balls. Brown in hot oil. Drain on paper towel then place in large baking dish in a single layer. Mix soup & water together & pour over the top of meatballs.Cover & bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
