    My friends & family love my Egg salad sandwiches.

    List of Ingredients




    8 boiled eggs,finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
    2 tsp mustard
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Serve chilled on Potato bread.
