Reminds me of Greek Salad.

List of Ingredients

1 green bell pepper
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 or 2 slices red onion
10 slices of black olives
2 oz Aquafaba


Recipe

Chop all vegetables.
Place in a bowl with the Aquafaba.
Toss well.
