    2 8-ounce blocks fat-free cream cheese
    1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt (not vanilla)
    1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp hot sauce
    1 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1 pound lump crabmeat, shell pieces removed

    Beat cream cheese at high speed of a mixer until smooth. Add yogurt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and hot sauce; beat well. Stir in green onion, water chestnuts, and crabmeat.


    Nutritional Information: 15 calories, .4g fat, 10g protein, 2g carbohydrate, 1.2g fiber, 32mg cholesterol, 256mg sodium.
