Toss together sugar, graham crumbs, walnuts, apples and cinnamon. Brush edges of wonton wrappers with egg and place a teaspoon of apple mixture on each. Fold wrappers diagonally, press edges to seal, and set aside on a plastic-lined baking sheet. Fry wontons in batches for 45 seconds per side or until golden. Drain on paper towels. Coat with powdered sugar and serve warm.
