Sharon's Overnight Buns

Recipe Introduction
Sheer Magic! They are just like little balls of fluff.
List of Ingredients
11 - 12 cups all-purpose flour
4 cups cold water
3/4 cup salad oil
1 cup berry sugar
1 1/2 tsp. saltRecipe
Blend well. Add yeast mixture. Mix until completely moistened. Turn out on lightly floured board and knead well (approximately 10 minutes).
Place in greased bowl.
Prepare this dough around 4 p.m.
DO NOT set bowl in a warm place. When dough is doubled (around 10 p.m.) shape into buns and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Cover with a coth and leave overnight in a very cool place.
While breakfast is cooking, place buns in 375/400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until done.
Yield approximately 6 dozen.
