1/2 cup Crisco,
2 3/4 cups sugar,
3 cups plain sifted flour,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
2 sticks butter or margarine,
6 eggs,
1/4 cup milk,
Large can crushed pineapple
Topping, Mix Together 1/2 stick melted butter, 1 1/2 cups powered sugar, 1 cup drained pineapple (pour reserved juice over cake), Pour topping over cake while hot.
Recipe
Cream crisco and butter.
Add sugar, mixing thoroughly.
Slowly add eggs and beat well.
Add 3/4 cup of the pineapple, undrained.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Place in cold oven and turn heat to 325.
Bake one hour and 20 minutes.
