    Recipe Introduction

Yes, apples can be baked too. In fact, it is much better to eat a baked apple than a baked cake because it does not contain fat and a lot of sugar. It is a delicious desert for your loved one and for you.

    List of Ingredients

    apples (desired amount)
    sugar (optional)

    Recipe

    Directions:

Wash apples and take out the inside of them. Put the apples on the baking rack without any oil or water. Fill the insides of the apples with sugar. If you do not want any sugar, you can simply bake without it. Then, bake the apples at 350-450 degrees for 30 min - 1 hour depending on the size of the apples. Cool 5 min before serving. What a delight!

Note: To check if the apples are fully baked, poke each apple with a fork. If the apples are soft, then they are ready. If they are still hard, prolong the time of baking.
