    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds boneless chuck
    1/4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 can *8 ounces) tomato sauce
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon allspice
    1 can (2 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
    1 pint dairy sour cream
    Hot cooked noodles

    Cut chuck in strips 1/2" thick. Dredge with flour mixed with the salt and brown in the margarine in large heavy skillet. Add 2 cups water and remaining ingredients, except last 3. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender. Stir in mushrooms and sour cream and heat gently. Serve with noodles
