    List of Ingredients




    3 lbs. ground beef;
    12 strips raw bacon, chopped fine;
    6 pepperettes, chopped fine;
    2 eggs;
    1/2 c. ketchup;
    1/4 tsp. pepper;
    1 tsp. salt;
    3 tsp. garlic salt;
    cabbage;
    1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice;
    2 lg onions, chopped
    (2) 28 0z. cans sauerkraut, drained and rinsed slightly

    Recipe



    Mix all ingred except sauerkraut, in large bowl.

    Layer 1/2 of sauerkraut on bottom of large oval roasting pan.

    Stuff cabbage leaves: place rolls over top of sauerkraut.

    Add remaining sauerkraut over top of cabbage rolls.

    Dot with butter.

    Add water.

    Bake 350 for 3 hours, checking and adding more water if neccesary.
