    List of Ingredients




    1 can (10 ounces) whole cranberries
    Peel of 1 lemon
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 tart green apple, peeled, cored, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 red, green, or yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 clove garlic, minced

    Recipe



    Procedure


    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; simmer, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens, about 1 hour. Cool and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
