    List of Ingredients


    • 3 Tblsps. margarine
    • One medium onion
    • 2 Tblsps. flour
    • 6 oz. chopped clams
    • 3 cups warm milk
    • Salt and Pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Melt margarine in double boiler.
    2. Add finely chopped onion and cook five minutes.
    3. Add flour and mix well.
    4. Add clams, warm milk, salt and pepper and cook until thick.
