    List of Ingredients


    • 6 oz. clams, chopped
    • 1/4 cup pork, chopped
    • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
    • 2 cups canned tomatoes
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup cubed raw potatoes
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4 tsp. Thyme


    Instructions


    1. Fry pork and add onion. Cook and stir 5 minutes.
    2. Add potatoes, boiling water and salt. Boil 10 minutes.
    3. Add tomatoes, cook until potatoes are tender.
    4. Add clams and spice and simmer for 3 minutes.
