Manhattan Clam Chowder

List of Ingredients
- 6 oz. clams, chopped
- 1/4 cup pork, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cubed raw potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. Thyme
Instructions
- Fry pork and add onion. Cook and stir 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes, boiling water and salt. Boil 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, cook until potatoes are tender.
- Add clams and spice and simmer for 3 minutes.
