Creamy Potato-Ham Bake

List of Ingredients
- 4-1/2 cups (15-oz) frozen shredded potatoes, thawed or raw shredded potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups frozen peas
- 1 full cup (6-oz.) diced 97% FF extra lean ham
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (10-3/4-oz.) can RF low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8-inch baking pan with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, peas and ham.
- In a small bowl, combine parsley flakes, black pepper and mushroom soup.
- Pour soup mixture over potato mixture . Mix well to combine.
- Pour into prepared baking dish and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
