    1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
    10 oz Diet Coke
    1 egg white
    12 oz fat free caramel ice cream topping
    8 oz english toffee bits
    1 container fat free cool whip

    Recipe



    Mix the cake mix with the egg white and diet coke and bake in a Pam sprayed cake pan according to package directions. When it comes out of the oven poke holes every coupe inches all over the top with end of a wooden spoon. Pour the caramel topping into the holes and top 3/4 of the toffee bits. Cool completely and then frost with the cool whip. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
