    List of Ingredients




    24 Jumbo Shells

    3 Tbsp All purpose flour

    2 cups 1% milk

    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

    1/2 cup chopped onion

    1/2 cup chopped green pepper

    1 tbsp Olive Oil

    3 cups cubed, cooked Ham

    1 cup (4-o.) shredded Low-Ft Swiss Cheese

    3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

    1/4 tsp paprika

    Recipe



    Cook Pasta according to package directions. In a sauce pan, combine flour and milk until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.



    In a large skillet, saute mushrooms, onions & green pepper in oil until tender. Reduce heat; add ham, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, and parmesan cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of reserved sauce. Stuff each shell with 3 tbsp. of filling. Place in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese and paprika. Serve immediately
