    List of Ingredients




    1 lb chicken breasts
    5 carrots halved & sliced 1/4" thick
    4 mediuam stalks celery,1/4"
    1 onion quartered
    1 tsp dried tarragon
    1 tsp dried thyme
    salt & pepper
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) 98% fat free condensed cream of chick soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 cup fat free chicken broth
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1 cup dry instant long grain white rice

    Recipe



    Place sliced carrots, onion and celery on bottom of crock pot. Filet chicken breasts and place on top of veggies. Sprinkle salt and pepper; crush the dried tarragon and tyme over chicken. Pour canned soup over chicken. Sprinkle dried onion soup mix over the top.

    Cook on high 4-6 hours. 20 minutes before serving dissolve cornstarch in the fat free chicken broth and pour into crockpot let cook for 20 minutes.

    Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles but count your points for them
