    This is a nice hearty thick soup. Very tasty and low in points!!

    1pt per cup.

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs carrots
    32oz chicken stock
    curry powder to taste
    ginger powder to taste

    Recipe



    Peel and chop up carrots. Cook the carrots in the chicken stock for 15-20 minutes. Bring to a boil and simmer. Once cool, ladle chunks of carrots and broth into a blender and puree smooth. Continue until all the soup mixture is done. Add small amount of curry and ginger to taste.
