Au Gratin Cabbage

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 7-1/2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 (10-3/4-oz) can RF low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 scant cup (3-3/4-oz) shredded RF cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 6 T. (1-1/2-oz) dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (3/4-oz) grated Parmesan or Italian cheese
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add cabbage and cook until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain.
- Combine mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and black pepper in a saucepan. Heat, stirring, until cheese melts. Combine with cabbage.
- Place cabbage mixture in an 8x8-inch baking dish coated with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Toss bread crumbs with grated Parmesan or Italian cheese and parsley flakes. Sprinkle on top of cabbage. Lightly spray top of casserole with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Bake 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
