    Raw Apple Cake

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup butter
    1-1/2 cups white sugar
    2 well beaten eggs
    3/4 cup strong coffee
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2-1/4 cups flour
    1-1/2 tsps.baking soda
    1/2 tsp.salt
    1 tsp.vanilla
    1 tsp.cinnnamon

    Cream butter,white sugar and eggs>add flour,soda,salt,coffee and vanillla.Fold in apples.Mix brown sugar,cinnamon and nuts.Sprinkle over batter.Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
