Hot Artichoke Dip
List of Ingredients
For Spread
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained and cut up
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic

For bread
1/2 loaf French bread
Butter
garlic powder
Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Cut your bread rather thin. Mix the butter or margarine with the garlic powder and parmesan cheese to your liking. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Put under the broiler and watch carefully so it won't burn. When bread is done, adjust the oven to Bake 350*.
In the blender, mix the cream cheese, mayonaise, garlic and parmesan cheese. Fold in the artichoke hearts.
Bake for 25 minutes. Serve by spreading the dip on the bread slices. Serve while the spread is still warm.
