Pineapple glazed ham balls

List of Ingredients
3 pounds ground ham
2 1/2 pounds ground pork
2 cups milk
PINEAPPLE GLAZE:
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
3 eggs
2 cups cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons vinegar
Clear Jell
8 ounces Sprite
Mix all meatball ingredients well and shape into balls. Place in a single layer on baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees until nicely browned. Remove from baking sheet and place in casserole.
Make glaze by combining pineapple, sugar, honey, and vinegar. Bring to boil and thicken with Clear Jell. Add Sprite after thickening. Pour glaze over top and bake 1 hour.
