Dutch Babies, puff pancakes
List of Ingredients
Dutch Babies (Puffed Pancakes)
5 T. margarine
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 T. Sugar
1/4 t. salt
Recipe
In a 9"x13" pan, melt the margarine in an oven that has been heated to 400 degrees.
Whisk together all the remaining ingredients.
Tilt the pan with the melted margarine so the sides are well covered. Pour the batter in the prepared pan, and bake for 20
minuets. Remove from the oven, cut into squares. Serve with your favorite topping. We like fresh strawberries and whipped
cream. Any fresh fruit with whipped cream would be wonderful.
