List of Ingredients




2 c Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 pn Salt
12 Apples, peeled; cored
2 ts Cinnamon


Mix the first four ingredients and stir well with SPOON until well mixed, 100 strokes. Peel and slice cored apples to fill a 9 x 13 inch pan 2/3 full, 10+ apples and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Pour batter over apples. (Don't forget to sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 50 minutes.
