    Kielbasa and Potato Cassarole

    List of Ingredients




    4 cups frozen diced hashbrowns (should be thawed prior to making)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small can french fried onions
    8 oz. cheddar cheese
    16 oz. pkg Polska Kielbasa
    1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper

    Preheat oven to 350º
    In large bowl mix together the thawed potatoes, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper, and 3/4 of the
    onions and the cheese (you'll use the rest later on).
    Cut the kielbasa into 3 inch slices and then cut each in half lengthwise.
    Grease a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with margarine and pour the potato mixture into it.
    Arrange the kielbasa on top and bake for 40 minutes.
    Take out and sprinkle the rest of the onions and the cheese and bake another 5-10 minutes.
