    Banana Cookies

    List of Ingredients





    I got this recipe from my friend Dottie at KT


    3/4 Cup Butter
    1 Cup Sugar
    2 Eggs
    3 Bananas, mashed
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    1 teaspoon Salt
    2 1/2 Cups Flour
    2 teaspoons Baking Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

    Mix ingredients in order given; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon if desired. Drop from teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for
    12 minutes.
