Off of the internet, but I added some ingredients to it
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg large
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup red maraschino cherry coarsely chopped, well drained
1/4 cup almonds slivered or chopped walnuts
1/3 cup flake coconut.
Heat oven to 375°. Lightly grease baking sheets; set aside.
In a small bowl, stir flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat brown sugar, butter, and sugar until creamy. Beat in egg, vanilla, and almond extract. At low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture until well blended. Stir in chips, cherries, and almonds. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.* Cool cookies on wire racks.
Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
*For chewy cookies, use the shorter baking time.
