Easy no bake cookies

List of Ingredients




Easy No Bake Cookies
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 T. cocoa

Mix all together in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil one minute.

Add:
2/3 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats
Spoon by teaspoon on waxed paper. Or double the recipe (I do) and put into 9x13 cake pan. Cut when cool.

I got this from KT cookbook, from a lady named Maureen, and I had to copy it, as my mom made these for us as we grew up. Good with some coconut and chopped walnuts also.
