2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 cup coconut
½ cup chopped pecans
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in sugar.
Add corn flakes, coconut, vanilla and pecans.
Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes (or until lightly browned) at 350°F.
