    Pound Cake Cookies

    Pound Cake Cookies

    3/4 pound butter
    1 cup ganulated sugar
    2 egg yolks
    3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted twice
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Cinamon sugar roll in

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter. Add sugar by tablespoons. Add vanilla. Form into small balls. If
    desired roll each ball to cover in cinnamon sugar. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    These cookies taste better a day or two old.
    Yield: 5 dozen cookies
