    Kowloon Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 tsp ginger

    2 cloves garlic

    2 cups chicken broth

    8 oz can pineapple chunks

    4 oz can sliced water chestnuts

    1/4 cup cornstarch

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    sliced scallions (optional)

    Recipe



    Directions
    Sprinkle ckn with salt & pepper. Place in crockpot. Combine
    ALL ingd. except cornstarch, soysauce and scallions and pour
    over ckn.

    Cook 6 hrs on HIGH

    Remove ckn and bones from crockpot

    add soysauce & cornstarch to thicken

    Add ckn and cook for 15 min more.

    Serving Suggestions
    Great over rice with chineese noodles, and sprinkled with
    slivered scallions
