    I have had champagne cake before and it is wonderful!!!!

    List of Ingredients




    CAKE (TWO LAYERED0
    1 BOX WHITE CAKE MIX
    1-1/3 CUPS CHILLED FLAT CHAMPAGNE

    PREPARE CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS AND
    SUBSTITUTE THE CHILLED FLAT
    CHAMPAGNE FOR THE WATER. BAKE AS DIRECTED ON THE BOX. COOL
    CAKE.

    FILLING AND FROSTING:
    1 SMALL PACKAGE DRY INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
    2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM
    1 CUP COLD MILK
    1/4 CUP CHILLED FLAT CHAMPAGNE
    MIX INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING WITH 1 CUP HEAVY CREAM AND MILK.
    BEAT UNTIL IT STARTS TO THICKEN. ADD CHAMPAGNE A LITTLE AT A
    TIME. LET STAND A FEW MINUTES TO THICKEN. SPREAD FILLING
    MIXTURE BETWEEN CAKE LAYERS.
    FROSTING: WHIP REMAINING CUP OF HEAVY CREAM AND TINT WITH A
    FEW DROPS OF PINK OR RED FOOD COLORING ..FROST THE CAKE WITH
    THE WHIPPED CREAM. TOP WITH WHITE OR PINK
    CHOCOLATE SHAVING. NOTE: IF IT VERY HOT
    OUTSIDE LIKE IT IS HERE IN ARIZONA ADD A
    WHIPPING CREAM STABLIZER TO WHIPPED CREAM
