    I found this on a free site of Amish-Mennonite recipes

    List of Ingredients




    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    2 sticks margarine
    3 cups sugar
    3 cups sifted flour
    6 eggs
    1 tablespoon vanilla or lemon flavoring

    Combine softened cream cheese, butter, and margarine. Add sugar. Alternately add flour and eggs, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla or lemon flavoring. Bake in greased and floured tup pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Optional: Add 1/4 teaspoon lemon, coconut, almond, and rum flavorings to your cake.
