Tuna Loaf
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup Cooked rice
1/2 cup Toasted bread crumbs -- mixed
with 2 tbsp. melted butter
1 Eggs -- beaten
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Celery salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Parsley -- chopped
1 tablespoon Onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon Pimiento -- chopped
1 cup Flaked canned tuna fish
Mix all or the ingredients. Place in a loaf pan, and cook at 350* for 45 minutes. Recipe
