Peanut Butter Balls
List of Ingredients
1 lb. butter (not margaine)
1 lb. peanut butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
24 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 bar paraffin wax
Recipe
Mix peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar. Roll into 1" balls, and store overnight in a wax paper lined shoe box in the refridgerator. The following morning, melt the chocolate chips and paraffin wax in the crock pot. Lay out a large piece of waxed paper in your cooking area. With a toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate mixture and lay on waxed paper. Once dry and hardened, return to the box and store in the refridgerator.
