Beef Broccoli
List of Ingredients
Marinate:
Marinate 1 lb. flank steak, cut into 1/4" strips in the following sauce
1 T. Soy
1 T. Cornstarch
1 T. Oil
1/2 knob ginger
dash of salt

Gravy:
1 c. water
1 T. soy
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. sugar
dash salt
2 T. oyster sauce

4 c. broccoli ( You could substitute chinese pea pods for broccoli if you desired)
Recipe
Saute broccoli on high for 2-3 minutes in a little salt. Add a few frops of water to prevent from burning. Remove from pan and place in a bowl. Cook meat in 1 T. oil over high heat. Cook until brown or half cooked. Lower heat add broccoli and gravy. Cook until gravy has thickened.
