Chocolate mousse

List of Ingredients




8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. Nestles cocoa (for chocolate milk, not baking chocolate)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 t. vanilla
2 c. whipping cream


Recipe



Beat cream cheese until it is soft. Add the cocoa, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and well blended. In a seperate bowl, whip the whipping cream until it is forming soft peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate cream cheese mixture. Place in individual pretty dishes. Refridgerate until firm. Enjoy!!
