    3/4 cup plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup sugar
    2/3 cup canned solid pack pumpkin
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Filling:
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 {8oz} pkg. cream cheese
    6 TBLSP. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Preheat oven 375*. Grease 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan. Line with waxed paper; grease and flour wax paper. Sift together flour,baking powder, cinnamon,pumpkin pie spice,salt and nutmeg. Beat eggs and sugar together and stir in pumpkin. Stir into dry ingredients all at once. Pour into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 15 minutes. Invert onto clean, damp cloth dusted with powdered sugar. Peel off wax paper. Trim 1/4 inch from all sides. Roll up cake and cloth together. Cool completely. Unroll and spread with cream cheese mixture.

    CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
    Beat sugar, cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla and spread on cake, then roll up.
