    Rhubarb Dessert

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 sticks butter or margarine (1 cup)

    Filling:
    4 cups rhubarb
    2 cups sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Topping:
    6 egg whites
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

    Mix the first 5 ingredients and put in ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Mix filling ingredients and pour
    over crust. Bake another 30 minutes. Beat topping ingredients. Put on top of filling and bake an additional 20 minutes.
