    Pork chops and peaches

    I love pork chops and am always finding new ways to cook them. Hope that you will like this way, as I think that it is wonderful


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (15 1/4 oz.) sliced peaches or pears undrained
    • 6-8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
    • 2 t. ground ginger (optional)
    • 1 pkg Shake and Bake Seasoned Coating Mix for Pork


    Instructions


    1. Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 c. syrup. Moisten chops with reserved syrup. Add ginger to coating mix in shaker bag.
    2. Shake 1-2 chops at a time with coating mix. Place in 15x 10x 1" baking pan. Discard any remaining mix.
    3. Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Place peaches in pan. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
    4. Bake thicker chops 5-15 minutes longer.
