Pork chops and peaches
I love pork chops and am always finding new ways to cook them. Hope that you will like this way, as I think that it is wonderful
List of Ingredients
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz.) sliced peaches or pears undrained
- 6-8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 2 t. ground ginger (optional)
- 1 pkg Shake and Bake Seasoned Coating Mix for Pork
Instructions
- Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 c. syrup. Moisten chops with reserved syrup. Add ginger to coating mix in shaker bag.
- Shake 1-2 chops at a time with coating mix. Place in 15x 10x 1" baking pan. Discard any remaining mix.
- Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Place peaches in pan. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
- Bake thicker chops 5-15 minutes longer.
