Apple Glazed Ham
List of Ingredients
4 lb. fully cooked smoked whole ham
1 c. apple jelly
1 tsp. ground ginger
fresh herbs for garnish
Preheat oven to 325. Remove shin and trim some fat from ham. Place ham on rack in large roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer. After ham has baked 2 ½ hours, prepare glaze; In small saucepan over medium heat melt jelly and ginger. Glaze ham. Heat another ½ hour. When ham is done, place on large platter; let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
