I got this recipe from Lynette for the recipe exchange at THS forums.

Here's my favorite. Use 1 can of Eagle's Brand condensed milk and stir in snow until you can't get any more in. (I use a large aluminum
bowl and it is just about enough.) You can also use the chocolate flavored condensed milk for chocolate ice cream. This taste just like
homemade ice cream. My family loves it.
