Raisin Bran Muffins
List of Ingredients
15 oz. raisin bran cereal
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 t. baking soda
4 eggs
2 t. salt
1 quart buttermilk
Recipe
Mix all ingredients. It makes a huge batch. This can be stored as a batter in the refridgerator for up to 3 weeks. You can make one muffin at a time, or a dozen, it is up to you. I fill the batter in cup cake paper liners, so it is easy clean up. Great muffins.
Bake at 400* for 20 minutes
