Norwegian Meatballs

List of Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mashed potatoes (can use instant)
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup milk
1 pint cream
flour
oil
Directions
1Mix all ingredients except cream and form into balls.
2Roll balls in flour and fry in small amout of oil to brown on all sides.
3Put in large casserole and pour cream over.
4Cover and bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
5Serve immediately or pour into crockpot to hold.
6Can substitiute 1 can cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup for half of creamRecipe
