List of Ingredients




2 cups milk
3/4 c sugar
3 T. flour
2 T cocoa
1/2 stick margerine
3 eggs seperated
1 t vanilla

Mix flour, sugar and cocoa. Add milk, egg, yolks and vanilla. Add margerine and cook on medium until it thickens (stir constantly). Cook until it thickens to the consistency you almost want it in the pie (in other words you'll be there stirring it for awhile or it will be runny in the pie) Pour into already baked homemade pie shell. Make topping by beating eggs, 1/4 c sugar, 1/8 t cream of tartar till stiff. Spoon onto pie. Bake at 350 until it's browned.


Recipe
