    Easy Peach and Cream Pie from Brandi

    Brandi, a girl after my heart as she loves cooking as much as I do.

    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup flour Mix and set aside

    1 frozen pie crust

    1 large can peach halves drained

    Mix half sugar and flour mixture in the bottom of crust. Lay peach halves, pit side up in a single layer, sprinkle with remaining sugar and flour mixture over the peaches.

    Mix 1 TBLSP vanilla into a 16 oz container of sour cream. spread sour cream over the top of the pie. sprinkle whole pie with sugar and cinnamon, not forgetting to get some on the crust itself. Bake at 400 until crust is nice and brown and sour cream cracks... delicious warm or cold.
