San Fransisco Chops
List of Ingredients
1 TBS. oil
4 pork chops
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 tsp. oil
4 TBS dry sherry or broth(I used wine)
4 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS brown sugar
1/4 tsp. crushed red peppers
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 TBS water
Heat the oil in a skillet, brown meat on both sides. M ix garlic, oil, sherry, soy sauce, br. sugar & red pepper. Pour over chops and cover tightly, simmer 30 or 35 minutes. Add a few tablespoons of water if needed. Mix cornstarch with water, add to pan and cook until thickened. Serve over buttered noodles. Recipe
